Nisa's Beauty is an online retailer offering premium skincare, wellness and beauty products, including products from trusted brands such as Infinity Crystal and Essel.​

Nisa's Beauty reserves the right to discontinue products or change pricing, product information or availability without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders

An order is considered confirmed once it has been successfully placed and the required payment has been received or authorised. For bank deposit or EFT payments, orders will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Standard shipping is R125. Enjoy FREE nationwide delivery on orders over R1,500. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

6. Payment

​We accept the following payment methods: credit or debit card, Payflex, and offline payment by bank deposit or EFT. Online payments are securely processed through our approved payment providers. For bank deposit or EFT payments, orders will be processed once payment has been received and confirmed. Nisa's Beauty does not store your banking or credit card information.

7. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details where available.

8. Returns

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened skincare, wellness and supplement products cannot be returned unless:

• The incorrect item was supplied.

• The product arrived damaged.

• The product is defective.

Claims for incorrect, damaged or defective products

Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product. For damaged or incorrect items, we recommend reporting the issue within 48 hours of delivery so that we can assist you promptly.

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection law.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

For approved returns relating to incorrect, damaged or defective products, any applicable refund, replacement or other remedy will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer protection law.

Where a return is not covered by a consumer's legal rights or our approved return conditions, original shipping charges may be non-refundable.
