Returns

Due to the nature of skincare, supplements, and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been:

• Opened

• Used

• Damaged after delivery

• Not in their original condition

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. For damaged or incorrect items, we recommend reporting the issue within 48 hours of delivery so that we can assist you promptly.

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection law.

Email us with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product

• A brief description of the issue

We'll assess the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

For approved returns relating to incorrect, damaged or defective products, any applicable refund, replacement or other remedy will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer protection law.

Where a return is not covered by a consumer's legal rights or our approved return conditions, original shipping charges may be non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is approved, we'll arrange it with you.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply, subject to any cancellation or other rights available to you under applicable South African consumer protection law.
